District Assembly and Stiltsville May 6th, 2000 Coral Gables and Biscayne Bay Florida On May 6th, 2000 our 1999 - 2000 Inbounds joined our 2000 - 2001 Outbounds for a District 6990 Assembly in Coral Gables, Florida. For the first time the group did a "parade of flags' ceremony at the Assembly where all of the country flags of our Inbounds were presented and carried by a student from that country. This is a great tradition that will be carried on in the future. After the "boring " Rotary meeting the Inbounds went out to Stiltsville and the poor future Outbounds did their first Orientation.
