Eighth Annual Inbound/Outbound Camping Trip and Orientation
February 25 - 27, 2000
Hugh Taylor Birch State Park
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The annual Inbound and Outbound Camping Trip, which was sarted by Bruce Kerestes in 1993 at Flamingo in Everglades National Park, had it's eigth annual version on February 25 - 27, 2000.  No tents, no cold showers, no sleeping on the ground, and not TOO many bugs.  The kids from the earlier classes must be VERY envious.

Weekend Scenes

Approximately 45 campers spent the weekend, including Inbounds, future Outbounds and several Rebounders.  And, oh yes, a couple of chaperones.  In addition we had visitors who stopped by for meetings and some brave souls even stayed for dinner.  The Youth Exchange Committee had a meeting and were joined by District Governor Elect Elloit Lowenstein.

Saturday  morning saw the now traditional Inbound/Outbound Voleyball game with the winners (Inbounds) being served dinner by the loosers (Outbounds).  Saturday night was the time all were waiting for - the country assignments.
